Return Policy

Unipack offers 5 working days Exchange Policy for all orders purchased on Unipack's website, unless otherwise stated - provided the following conditions are met:

- All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging.

- All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.

- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all rejected and returned packages).

- Please kindly email or call us to make an appointment prior to visit for exchange.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

Unless there is no stock available, the Exchange Warranty only allows 1-1 exchange. No refund would be given.

All self collection of orders are be done only at our warehouse, kindly produce soft/hard copy receipt/invoice upon collection.

Purchases are to be collected within 5 working days upon receiving collection email notifications of collection, otherwise we reserved the rights to dispose the items and no refund or exchange will be made.

Order processing lead-time by default is 1-2 working days for all ex stocks items unless otherwise indicated via email, notifications.

Cancelation of online orders after payments & confirmations are subject to 10% service charge off total invoice value or a minimum charge of $10.00 whichever is greater.

Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Exchanges are allowed within 5 working days from date of purchase to items which is so similar value. We will not refund the difference in value if items exchange are of lower value. Top up required for exchange to higher value items.
